The Helmut-Fisher FISCHERSCOPE MMS series instruments are universal coating and material property measurement systems. The modular design allows the user to combine and configure different test methods for virtually any coating/substrate combinations. An MMS system can be configured with multiple Fischer Smart Probes, so that the user can perform non-destructive measurements using one or a combination of the following test methods: magnetic induction, eddy current, beta backscatter, Hall effect or electrical resistance.
The Fischerscope MMS is a modularly designed coating thickness measuring device that allows the user to combine and configure different test methods to suit a wide variety of coating thickness measurements applications. With a single base unit and multiple Fischer Smart Probes, the user can perform measurements using the magnetic induction, eddy current, beta backscatter or a combination of these test methods. Fischer also offers a new dual probe that combines the eddy current and magnetic induction methods in one probe.
Interactive, menu-driven screens guide even inexperienced users through calibration and measurement procedures, data evaluation and storage, and results documentation. The operational steps of the Fischerscope MMS remain the same, regardless of what test method is used.
A parallel printer port allows data to be printed and a report generator enables custom reports to be rendered. The Fischerscope MMS can also be linked to a PC.
The MMS can also document, manage and evaluate data according to customer and quality system requirements; define control charts and evaluate measurement data using modern SPC/SQC methods; and organize collected measurement data. The instrument features a high contrast large area LCD display and a tactile feedback keyboard. The operator can handle all measurement, storage, evaluation, and documentation tasks through an interactive dialogue with the system. Operation is simple, easy to learn and uniform for all test methods. The system is ideal for automated measurement processes and monitoring of production.
Owing to the variety of different measuring test methods the MMS series offer solutions to numerous applications in

Highly technical staff! Excellent customer service!
Great company!
Artisan Technology Group have an excellent customer support team. I got answer to all of my questions and everything was flawless. Thank you once again.
We have some test equipment in our lab from the 1990's that stopped working about 2 years ago. It sat in the corner collecting dust, but we took on a project last month that required more machines. After talking to Artisan, we found out we could get parts to fix our machine for much less than buying a new one!
