ACTIS Computer VIPC-400 Quad IP Module Carrier Overview

Features:

  • Each IP can be Operated at 8 MHz or 32 MHz Independently
  • Very Few Jumpers to Set: Easily Configured by the User
  • Memory Access Disabled on Reset
  • Read-Modify-Write Cycles Supported
  • LED Indicators on Front Panel Show IP Access
The ACTIS Computer VIPC-400 Four Slot IP Module Carrier for VME Bus is a passive IP carrier for the VME Bus, which accepts up to four 16-bit IP modules or two double-width IP modules. Each IP slot may be operated independently at 8 MHz or 32 MHz. Interface clock frequencies, which are software programmable. A complete software programmable logic for interrupt handling offers three independent interrupt request group for the eight interrupt sources. Power supply environment provides also a set of very useful functions like, fuse protection, T-Type filter, power faults status.

The ACTIS Computer VIPC-400 Quad IP Module Carrier may still be available for purchase and support from Artisan Technology Group beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
